Meet me, the wise guy (Read : Jobless!)
It was back in 2009, sometime around September when I started blogging. And with time, a lot of change happened in here. This is "Taking Cover". And that is precisely what I do here. The name was inspired from the fact that, life has so much about it. And once a while, everyone wants to take cover from life!
Life, for me, begins everyday. Growing up in a metropolitan city, in a country of India has had its own impact in shaping up the person in me. Calm, thoughtful, and at times, the exact opposite, my life has been like a prism which has many shades of its own.
I find solace in writing. And after starting off with poetry in my childhood days, I started attempting tougher pieces. Gradually, I took to writing articles on a variety of topics, short stories, reviews and previews and even critical commentary.
A majority of my hobby includes public speaking (have been an avid debater since the 9th grade), playing football and watching a lot of movies!
With posts on a wide range of topics, Taking Cover gives you a perspective on life through the eyes of an average Indian with hopes of making it big in life! Living by my self belief, I hope to see Taking Cover become a big platform for me to be heard and received by a lot of people.
Right now, I'm doing my graduation in Economics at St. Stephen's College and have my life scattered over two major cities in India - the city of joy and the city of opportunities!
